My name is Karen M, and I am a female home carer with a wealth of experience in providing exceptional care to individuals in need. With a wide range of care types under my belt, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care, I have had the privilege of working with clients who have Mild Cognitive Impairment, are bedbound, have Parkinson's Disease, as well as those dealing with anxiety and depression.
One of the key aspects of my caregiving experience is that I am able to drive and have my own car. This means I can ensure my clients have access to transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social outings. My skills as a carer are extensive, and I am proficient in tasks such as bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and providing companionship.
While caring is my passion, I also have a variety of hobbies that keep me engaged and fulfilled. I enjoy going for walks, solving puzzles, tending to my garden, capturing moments through photography, and socializing with people from all walks of life. I am also a pet lover and have no preference when it comes to cats, dogs, fish, birds, or even lizards!
